I seem to be missing my hold and relax moves.
did they go on vacation?
(I click though the moves and never get relax and hold)

go to options and change mouse buttons back to one if your used to that, i just use z x and c

Z, X and C have been used to cycle through joint states for a long time. At least, ever since 3.0. (That's as far back as my history goes).

Yep, they have been around for long.
the thing with the clicks just came out, since nobody (well i guess not) uses clicks anymore. At least they are not supposed to use clicks.
