ok so on youtube i see videos, and i see that the people have a reflection on the ground, and the people look a little bit better in the viedos....i dont know if it just my mac version(3.81) or what is going on..... plz help....

try enabling shaders in options

ok well for one its called shaders and ill give you steps to get it but if it doesn't work its because your graphic card isnt good enough for that quality but here are the steps options and look for shders clik the box adn it shoold be checked then u have shaders i think...

What the retard above me is trying to say is, when you go to "Options > Settings" there will be a box that says "Shaders", click it and hit ok to enable them. Your graphics card may be a piece of shit though, if you could post the graphics card specs that would be great.
