So I got a head texture today, uploaded the text, then played in game, waited 20 minutes, even tried /dl, nothing worked, then I noticed, my trails don't work either. Started toribash up from a while back, last version I had was from 11 months ago. Shaders run fine of this pc, ati radeon 4870 x2.

You activated the texture right?
Try downloading the new 3.83
What template was the picture, try .jpg

Go to your deactivated inventory, activate the texture items there. They became trade able items back when 3.8 was released.

Sure enough my head texture works now, but the trails are still broken.

try download 3.83

Some people are having problem with trails in 3.83, they work fine in 3.8 though.
