1st way:
You can press F8 in-game and take one.

2nd Way:
You can press Prt Scr on the top of Insert of your KeyBoard.
Then Crop it.

Actually, on macs, you can press shift + command + 4 to take a full screen screenshot.

Or F6 to take an ingame screenshot.

actually, shift command 3 is the full screenshot, while shift command 4 lets you chose what to take a picture of
