=first of all a decap is not just any dismember, its a dismember of the head
=relax, to pull of good pro looking moves relax joints you arent using
=use core muscles (lumbar chest and abs) to squeeze out as much momentum as possible
=use shift space to move foreward in frames one frame at a time.this helps you not to look robotic
=remember using one limb to hit and one limb to power (as in pushing off the ground) is much more powerful than jumping unsupported at kicking uke with both legs

-sort of symmetrical
