how do you post images and how do you post those little 124x124 rotating heads?

Moved to Beginner's Sanctuary.

Ok, upload the image to an image hosting website such as imageshack.us

Take the URL of the uploaded image copy it to the forums and encase it inside .

The exact same goes for spinning heads, I take it you know how to create them?
