2. When viewing an item in the Torishop, it says that it's owned by __ Players, and there's __ in circulation. Does that meen when the amount in circulation and the amount owned by players is the same, it'll never be restocked again?

You need to have both TC and Qi requirements filled to buy that item.

1. You dont buy items with QI it is just the requirement needed to do so, you earn QI by playing the game.

2. Depends on the demand for the item i am guessing, more of a question that would have to be answered by admins.

in circulation means how many there are in the world

Example:
Player 1 has 1 ABC-item.
Player 2 had 1 ABC-item.
Player 3 has 5 ABC-items.
