so i bought a head texture item how do i put face on it im a noob lol please help

You need to either purchase a head texture image from the Art and Textures board or make one yourself using some kind of image software such as GIMP.

In future, post questions like this in Beginner's Sanctuary. Support, is for trouble shooting bugs.

Go there and upload the head.

You will be able to see it in the new texture previewer.
