I see some people posting some heads for sale and they have head spinning, i would like to know how to do that. Any help, please post.

Ok, i have GIMP how can you get it from GIMP to a post, and how do you get the spinning head from GIMP

You upload the animation to an image hosting site.
There are several ones. Imho the best one are

http://www.photobucket.com/ (requires a registration)
Upload the animation there, copy the link here and wrap around it, and there we go.
