How do I contact an admin?

A guy asked me to make him a head for 450tc, I make him one, turns out he didn't purchase the head tex slot so he gets pissed and says he told the admins and said they will take all my credits for not telling him you had to purchase something else and also is telling me to give him 2k to buy the head tex or he will bitch some more to the admins how do I appeal? I won't be punished for his ignorance, he didnt even send me money so I didn't take anything from him

send a private message at an admin or go to the support chat room and clarify all ;)
