For uploading onto this site, you need to upload the picture onto an image hosting site such as tinypic.com or imageshack.com. Copy the download URL. When you reply to a post, go to the advanced section. From there, there is a yellow box with a mountain and a sun. Click that icon. It'll ask you for the URL of the picture you want to post. Place the link in the URL. It will show up when you submit your post.
