You don't 'hack' replays, it's a simple process that anyone can do.

When playing a replay back, press ctrl+p to pause, then ctrl+e to edit the replay from whatever frame you pause it at.

So essentially, you can make your replay as awesome as you like depending on the time youre willing to spend on it. :3

i know its not actually "hacking" but i just call it that because most people refer to it as that

It's not advanced at all, depending on what you want with it. It's mostly counting, and raising/lowering/adding a number for more speed or an additional dismember. Or to put in emotes or alter the name shown for player 0 and player 1.
