Can downscale to 128x128 for free. It will lose some quality.
Will upscale the head to 512x512 for free.
If upscale'd / recolored some patience will be needed as this process takes time.

As stated, I'll recolor it if you win. And it's no big deal to resize a 256 down, it will lose quality though.
