ok i bought some hand textures from some guy and then i bought bumpmap left and right hand texture and when i upload the photo to bought of them it doesnt show did i buy the wrong thing or what

It seems you have uploaded a regular texture onto a bumpmap item.
That's your problem.
You needed to have bought left hand texture and right hand texture.
