What's the best way to get rid of them?
Someone told me to heat up honey and put the warm honey where the blackheads are (in this case, the nose).

If that doesn't work, or isn't the best way, can someone tell me what is?

Squeeze. Do not be unnerved if blood comes out from a pore. It's natural. So are blackheads.

here's what I do. apply toothpaste to blackhead. wait a day. pick off crusty toothpaste. no more blackhead.

How small do blackheads get?
I seem to have small black spots all over my nose, but i don't know if they're suppoesd to be there or not.

is there anything at a store like medication/Creams I can buy?

actually, i have the same problem. my nose has several small blackish dots, and i've always wondered wtf they are and how i get rid of them. so basically, you're saying that the toothpaste thing won't work?

I have severe blackheads all through my nose. You just have to squeeze them.
