Wow, nice editing right there. But the stains doesn't seem to flow with the design. Good job though 8/10

The blotches of white behind him don't match the smoothness of the polygons behind the letters. It looks like you just took the ms paint spraypaint tool and went crazy. Try to make it somehow match the rest of the sig, other than that, I'll give it a good 6/10

Remove the dropshadow, add a border, make the text blend in more.

You need to get your head around the basics of depth, flow, lighting and blending.
Depth is how well what is in the foreground looks like the foreground and what is in the background looks like the background. I create this by gausian blurring the whole sig then erasing the focal. I reccomend you try this to.

Flow is a little harder to describe. You just need to make sure everything moves the same way.

Lighting is fairly self explanatory but equally as important. Just make sure that the lightest side of your focal faces the light source.

Blending is about how well your sig blends together. Create this by using a nice smudge on your focal.

The text also needs some work. Try and make the text a little smaller and less distracting. This could be achieved by getting rid of the outer glow.

The sig could also really do with a lot more effects. Read up on some tutorials and you'll be fine.
