Whenever I open toribash it instantly crashes before I can see the screen.

Here is the error that crashed TB

i think its a mod that crashed your toribash. try redownloading it.

Redownload the installer without pausing, run installer, install, restart computer, run as admin

It crashed the second I download Picasa 3 (Google's Image Veiwer)

atioglxx.dll <-- Your ATI didn't like whatever you were doing at the time, that's what caused the crash.

Thanks for the response guys. I uninstalled picasa and reinstalled toribash and a reboot. It's working now.
