The inner shadows are too big. Make them smaller and try to use some gradients maybe

When I saw the sides I was like "WOA."
Then I saw the face and the back and went ":|"

Yeah, that's pretty much it.
The eyes look too small and that mouth thingie is just... weird.
Maybe fix them.
Again, the sides are awesome.

The back for me is just horrible,I may as well remake(or remake a new head),but I thought the face was pretty original ,Again I suck a lot with mapping.

Just take away those drop-shadows on the back and redo the face.
That's pretty much it.
I think you can do that :3

Yea i dislike the back also. its Blurry and doesnt match the rest of the head
