This problem has started since I updated my drivers.
With the old drivers, I was getting 40fps with shaders and frameskip.
When I updated the drivers, I was getting 60fps with shaders and NO frameskip.

Problem is, when I boot toribash, at times it'll stick to 30 fps, and at times It'll stick at 60.
VERY annoying, and no, it has nothing to do with background apps. I can open it at 30 fps, close it, then open it again and have 60. (Though that rarely happens)

Dranix has also claimed to experience this problem.

I only had it when there was a virus in my computer though. Now the problem is gone.

Oh, ok. Well I've checked and I don't have a virus.

Go to www.Download.com
Search for Ad-aware - Download that and check your comp, thats a good program for checking for spyware.
Also get Spybot Search and Destory.

I don't have a virus god dammit!
I can hit the keyboard too hard and Avast tells me it's blocked a Trojan.

Have you tryed rolling back your drivers?
Get to your device manager right click on your grahpics card and do roll back driver.

I think thats how you do it.

It might be because it's downloading head textures.
Try doing it with the internet connection closed, and start a new game when you start Toribash.

Ok, I had suspected that be the problem.
