Point is to many lotterys. I don't think you will get enough people any ways. Any body who is willing to buy tickets has plenty of money so they go for high stake lotterys any ways. Mine just barley had enough people for the drawing today.

On top of that for this lottery you will keep a quarter of it. You win 1/4 without even trying or giving to the fee. No matter what in a lottery, because people PAY for the tickets, you don't pay anything and get some of the money.
