There is actually some sync, I just don't want to hide the frags behind some spamy shit effects, that's why there's no flashing and stuff. Also there is some editing, the colors if you want to call that editing and the whole speedflow of the clip.
I don't have so much demos because I kinda don't have time and I hate shitty POV demos and preffer STV's. STV isn't on that much server that's the thing why my best moments can't be edited... Also those sentences make no sence...

EDIT: Btw. STV = SourceTV, means the Server records a demo so you can watch the game like a spectator. POV is a demo recorded by one player where you can only watch the view of the player and stuff

Pretty good, decent music to go with the gameplay and the only real thing about it to me was the decent clips.
