K, I'm guessing you're wanting a way to recover once you've been lifted.
Smashing their shoulders will cause them to drop you, not ideal though since you'll more than likely land badly & DQ.
Using your body to pull your weight upwards (twist away from them, including your legs) will make them lift off the floor under you. It only works when you're 1st lifted (momentum/physics etc) but if done right you'll land on top of them.
The most common technique is to boot the other guy in his chest & abs, he'll tip over making the shovel fail.
To avoid it just keep low or turn so they can only grab with one arm.
