Art/Texture Specific Rules

1. Do NOT sell the same or very similar textures to multiple people without their knowledge and consent. This includes re-colors!
   If selling multiple variations of the same head texture/body textures/art piece, you must have a disclaimer in plain sight. This disclaimer should say something along the lines of:
   
   By bidding on a set you acknowledge that other variations of the same set may be sold and worn by other people.
   
   
2. Do NOT go to multiple different shops requesting the same thing from multiple artists. This wastes their time. If you want multiple users to try something, create a request in the Request forum, and PM them a link to it asking for their participation.
   
3. If you're reselling a set that someone other than yourself made, it's fine, as long as you credit the original owner. For example “This was made by [Orignal Artist]” is sufficient.
4. 256x256 and 512x512 previews are now permitted due to the availability of head texture items for those resolutions. However, you MUST include the following disclaimer, edited as appropriate when you are previewing at those higher resolutions, as not all users have the high-resolution items. This is absolutely required unless the customer explicitly requested that resolution OR you are 100% certain that the customer has the head texture appropriate to the resolution.
   
   The textures shown in the following preview(s) are in 256x256/512x512 pixel resolution. In order to use the resolution shown in the preview, you MUST have the corresponding high-resolution texture item, available in the Torishop for 10,000/20,000TC.
   
   Failure to add the appropriate disclaimer will result in closure. Editing of the disclaimer beyond selecting the appropriate resolution/item cost is prohibited. Texture previews at higher resolutions than 512x512 are still not permitted.
   
5. Do not spam or post your textures in other people's shops. If you think you can make something better, you may say so via PM.
6. Only maintain ONE active shop at a time. If you have a texture shop and you want to start making avatars as well, contact a mod and they will change your shop name. MULTIPLE SHOPS TO BUMP YOURSELF WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. We will delete the MORE RECENT shops and leave the OLDEST ONE.
   
7. If you decide to make a shop, describe what you do and give examples of previous work. “empty” shops will be closed and/or deleted until you can provide more information. DO NOT POST UNTIL YOU ARE READY!
   
8. CREDIT IMAGE SOURCES IF YOU COPY/PASTE. Blatantly using others’ work on your heads without permission will lead to your shop being closed, and may lead to more drastic action being taken
9. Posts on art or texture shops asking if the first item is free are prohibited and will be infracted on sight. Sellers are still permitted to offer these promotions of their own accord.
