Alliance Voting procedures:
Only senior members or up can vote for or against clan alliances
Clan Alliances
-Person voting must have read the clan's DSC
-If 2 people say yes then the clan is an ally
-If 2 people say no then the clan is rejected as an ally
-If 2 people say yes then the clan is an ally
-If 2 people say no then the clan is rejected as an ally
Clans can apply to be an ally again after 1 month but they must have significant changes
For single allies, you just need to be approved by a leader (meaning leader, co-leader, or assistant leader)
