can some one help me out

when i go to open it doesnt open TB and show me

If it comes out a window that tells you to open with another file, dont pick anything ( if u see the toribash icon click and press ok. ) At the part of recommended prpgram files.

If not:
Before the window appears it says save or open. Click save to desktop. Right clik toribash icon and clik properties, Find target, Replays folder and paste the saved replay there. Turn on toribash like always, go to replays and theres your replay

Im not sure if this was ur doubt, if not, try to explain it better. Be detailed

I'd go for

The Replay > Right Click it > Go to Open With > Find the tb.exe or toribash.exe in your toribash folder > Click it > Done.

Open it with tb.exe not toribash.exe. Also if you have other versions installed that can also be the problem.
