For your first madmen, they are very good, based on your join date.
The first one was OK, but try to use your glutes more, relax all when you ever seem to be going all stiff and choppy.
The second one was a bit bad at the beggining (but who can blame you, your new here) but as it progressed it became a lot better.
But as I said, relax more, and make more use of your glutes.
