Infraction weight means you have too many infractions. And your account is online because the mods are on your account.

I think infraction weight is where you get too many infractions at once and you get banned.

Infraction weight:

It means that you have gained enough ACTIVE infractions to be banned. Take note that the infraction must be active to be counted for a ban. Fortunately though, active infractions expire in around 7-10 days depending on the gravity of the offense and the moderator that banned you.

5 Active infractions = 1 day of suspension
10 Active infractions = 1 week of suspension
20 Active infractions = Permanent suspension*

*May be discussed by the management or staff depending on the gravity of your offenses.
