Only exception is in suggestions, we try to keep the number of duplicate threads to a minimum.

Bumping is when you post in a topic that is old, or when it has died.
bumping = reviving a thread

Also, support questions. If you can help someone with an unsolved problem, please post. Sometimes it may not just help them, but help other people.
