I have just recently instated new teams.

Currently lead a team?
1. you will recruit and build up for your specific team.
2. you can take members from the regular members list just leave a new thread on who you choose.
3. you can be demoted at any time by any member of the Leaders Team.


Want to create a team?
1.Make a thread about why you should lead a team for the sexiness
2.Create a cool name
3.Once the Leaders Team thinks you are good enough we will put your team into our members list.
4.We may elect members that are active and very skillful to lead a team.

Once you get a team your thread will be stickied

IF Everyones on my team who is on the others

You don't have everyone on your team yet, they can try to create a team or maybe join the Art team
