I guess the eyes aren't cp as the way they are done looks similar to the rest of the head.
If you want it to look better i just advice you to add more stuff in it,what is up to you use your imagination because without it you won't get too far.

Considering it's C/P, you can at least sharpen it up. It looks like the base image you used was low quality, or maybe you used a filter on it? As for the rest, I think the color choice was rather poor. A less saturated look would fit better.
I think you should try making a head on your own with C/P, and see what you come up with.
You seem to be pretty decent at it considering your join date.
