Pretty nice style.
Some parts can be improved like the lines in between each section in the lower back band actually having highlights and shadows to make the sections look more separated. Same for the middle back band.
But I really like the honeycomb shimmer effect at the top.
The colors look pretty great too!

Start at 10k, you can always work down.
I agree with Jak, and also have to add that I think the visor is too big.
