Okay Do to all the spam of inactivty of the clan. Newer rules about this

I think this rule is a good one. All the spam around here is diggin deep into my nerves, twisting them around 360 degrees, lifting them up and twisting them again. That means it's getting crucially bad. We need to clean this place up, but good. Now, on the lighter side, with more members we can crack down on the rule of NO SPAM. I'll keep an eye out for spam posts and inform bloodude and from there i don't know how but he can take action or if he wants me to i'll do something about it because it's just insane. Totally and completely out of hand. Thanx, and i hope that we can get rid of most of the pointless posts.
