eh, its not much of a tutorial for anything but regular running, Just like all the other Running tuts.
But it is good and shows those who dont know how to run, not only 1 but 2 ways to start your run.

Sync was off (You can thank youtube for that)

Not enought. To get good at running you must practice man and work out your own run techniques and balance.
Vid only shows run openers and small tips ... for tips 3/10
For replays (specially the end spar) 10/10

vid isn't bad, I like it, and the song is awesome but connected together...spoil each other.

It's decent, but you could work on your grammar.

Also, try making a tutorial that helps people out, and less of the step by step ;p
