Set progress/idea
Ok.. sooo im gonna try and make a set but i dont got many ideas for it and once i get an idea im gonna show my progress in tis thread so first anyone got any ideas ? i was thinking like emo head with robotic body but i dont know what colors to use

how do u make like good eyes because i just ue the cirle tool and it goes over hair and they look bad

Use layer efects.
Make a background and then use as much layers you want.
Like that the eyes will be covered by the hair.

but..does that mean i have to make the eyes before i make the hair . and i dont really know how to make eyes

No, that means that you can do whatever you want and then choose the positions of the layers.
And what about go on some toturials to see how easy it is.

make it simple and awesome graffiti/robot style would be good like ezeth/gabiel style
