Ugh, 7/10... Why is it mirrored! I hate mirror, Especially with teeth, never ever ever mirror teeth.

That's all I gotta say, It looks like a 4-6k head though so not too bad, just fix the teeth, all of em, add a little asymmetry.

i will tell how to fix it u must change only one teeth (the bottom one)
just divide it into 2 teeth then i will rate ur head 9/10
