It may just be me, but Omega seems to be like a different clan from what it was like back in the good old days. We seem to have lost the sort of friendlyness and non-formal feel that I liked so much back in the days of Arterial. With the loss of activity due nearly all of the founder members leading, it just seems like we have become too stiff, formal and unfriendly, and nothing like the Omega I used to know. Yes, of course we had the good old infraction system and me being a spam Nazi, but none of that was ever too formal, and it seemed like a break from the harsh moderating of the rest of the toribash community. I don't know if anyone else feels the same, but I just don't feel the appeal of Omega any longer.

I think we need to get this clan back where it belongs, and start bringing it back, from what I see as the brink, to how it was back in the Art, TP, BF administration. A warm, welcoming and fun clan, without the stuffy heirachy system we see in the rest of the forum.

This is just my opinion. Pay no attention if you like, I just felt like airing my view. I really hope, for the clans sake, that we can still make this clan what it used to be, but maybe I'm just yurning for the past.

Yeah, I know what you mean, as soon as the summer begins and I am going to have a lot of free time and be way less grumpier, the clan will be back to the way it was, I promise.

One other thing that let us be less stuck up was we were always busy trying to promote the clan from within. There was always something new every time you logged on. We need more inner clan activity. Meaning more things for our members to do. I'm doing the treehouse and giving away money (which for some reason no one has got yet) and working out some kinks in the soon to be running D&D thread. We need to post more. If the leaders post more they will come! Just a tip: Always think of things for the clan to do. When you invite someone you want them to see that we're active (But not wibbly) and are always going. Do more. The only thing that our members should do is post something every time they're on. So, Be more active and have activities to do.
