Hmm, that's not something you can teach, just a couple tips for realism,
Always stay on balance.
Try to keep your knees and elbows relaxed when not using them
Try to keep a steady momentum
Never really switch off your chest unless you have full balance.
Try not to spring off your arm and go flying in the air, no one would do that in real life.
Don't get too close to your opponent or the replay will look messy
If you miss a punch, go through with it to make the replay look good.
Do not worry about points, I don't even look at the points when I'm sparring.
