just too sloppy,when you try this style, you need to know what you're doing and the lines shold be nice and sharp not all sloppy and like paint on that..also it needs a border..

That's a load of rubbish. Sigs can be whatever size you want, it's just that on this particular site there is a height restriction.

Anyways. It's a really simple tag that is lacking in a few of the basics.

Two focal points ruins sigs. There's no place that you can call a focal point due to it being exactly the same. It makes my eyes drift around which isn't a good thing. The fact that the focals are featureless doesn't help the situation either as it makes them look flat and uninteresting.

There has been no effort to create depth. The focals lack features which makes them look flat and doesn't allow them to come out of the signature in a way that looks 3D.

There is a lack of effects and the colours are boring and kind of monotone. Learn about C4D placement, pen tool, smudging, fractals, lighting, flow, depth and other effects. There are thousands of tutorials on the web that should teach you these things.
