Turning on shaders on 3.06 for macbook users
This is a guide for mac book users to enable shaders. You do not need leapord.
First download the 3.06 and move all your replays/mods to the corresponding folders. Go to setup than turn on shaders, uke and tori should be completly black with black blocks for blood. To change the blood to normal go to setup and change fluid blood from 1 to 0. After that to get uke and tori to look normal go to setup and change soft shadows from 1 to 0. That should do it, unfortunatly you cannot enable these options with shaders on without going back to pure black.

If mods want to edit/sticky this feel free.

Aren't there Macbook models powerful enough to support shaders? Or is the way that certain shader elements refuse to work on Macbooks a firmware problem?

Your tutorial seems a little generalised, that's all.
"Call yourself alive? I promise you you'll be deafened by dust falling on the furniture,
you'll feel your eyebrows turning to two gashes, and your shoulder blades will ache for want of wings."
I imagine a Macbook pro, which has a true, dedicated 256 mb nVidia Graphics Card would be capable of running shaders with those options enabled. Sadly, for people like me with plain old Macbooks, it seems that the only way to do it is how Frunk described.
»You just wasted 5 seconds of your life. Congratulations!«

I have tried it on many macbooks this is the only way.
