Rules for application:
- must be brown belt or higher
- have to post frequently on the forums (about 3 times a week)
- must follow in game and forum rules
- cannot have a reason to join that even remotely sounds like sucking up
- must have at least 100 posts
- if you were kicked due to an activity check, you have to wait 1 month before you can re-apply
