I love the first one.
it has great shading and its just something new to me.
I like the eyebrow too, this is good art.

the 2nd one, i think you tried to hard, the background of the pupil is just not normal.
And the eye is too simple in style. It would have been better if it would have had shading and faded edges like the one above.

But these are awesome mate.

I like your style. 9/10 for the first eye(btw, nice logo :P)
for the 2. head i would give 6/10. You should keep the shape of iris and that black thing in the middle(i can't remember it's name xD) more round. Also, that color of iris is too detailed and I can't see any reflections... imo, it looks like a mess...
I think that you should watch some more tutorials. Mark Crilley's tutorials helped me a lot and I think that they will help you too. He posts his tutorials in youtube.
