It's overly simplistic. You've done a decent job on the helmet grille, but the rest is completely incongruous with the "helmet" feel. The back seems like you just threw something on to fill the space, instead of referring to screenshots/renders/whatever to try and accurately transfer the original helmet to a Toribash head.

I think that it would benefit the C&C if you created a better spinning globe. If you are using GIMP2 then when you render it press ctr+z to make it less antialiased and crappy.

Also i dont know what the helmet is supposed to look like but i would suggest making more defined lines instead of just blurring out into the background color.
