Everything's very nice(excluding hair), but in my oppinion, each eyeball is watching in other direction and it looks ugly... also you should add more details on the ears...
Btw, did you draw all the details or this is copy-paste?

I dont like the distance between the eyes and the wideness of the mouth and nose, in other words, try understanding how a sphere is going to affect a head texture.
