Well, my young milkyshake, save the spinning head as a .GIF. Then, go host it on a website Eg. Imageshack or Photobucket. Then get the URL of the pic itself, should be below the pic. (don't use the one you see in the address bar)
Then upload the URL between 2 IMG tags on the forums.
Example: [IMG http://img247.imageshack.us/img247/7820/previewbi7.gif[/IMG]
WITH THE FIRST TAG BEFORE IMAGE... [
