The 2nd and 3rd one was made in 200x200 cause it is easier to work in ^^,

You should use a different font and try and add some sort of outline to main elements like in the second you have the lilac outline around the character, try the same with the 3rd.

Ok, thx but i am to lazy to do any changes xD
so i will remember that when i make a new avatars ^^,
but, for the outline with the 2nd i did not make it...but i could, it is not hard :P

Well keep trying, also sometimes it looks better if you use less stock (googled) images.
