7/10, the hair looks like you took and eraser and just erased that part of the head. the back view, its blank. there just isnt really a lot of detail in the hair. i do like the bandage eye and headphones though.
id say 700 to 1.4k TC

Yeah, I rushed a bit after finishing the headphones, but I consider this as a 80% done WIP
or something. Gonna work on the hair later on.

It looks like you used an incredible amount of blur on the hair. I don't like that part but the face is pretty good. Could use some shading. Can't really tell much about the eye and bandages because the hair is covering them. I say if you fix the hair and add some details you've got a solid head here.

It's blurry because I smudged it to make the shape, maybe I shouldn't do that.
