I'm pretty much new to texturing, I've been experimenting with Gimp a lot though.
I need help though, I have no idea what to do the face for this head like:


People said anime, but I'm not sure, and I'm not very good at it either.
Any ideas?

I can't imgine a person or EVEN a cartoon character having so many pointy highlights in their hair.
The hairs too high and too many pointy points on the hair, do about 3 each side that are curly a bit..
None of those crazy highlights are needed, just put 1 or 2 smooth flowing lines are the front that would flow with the biggest curly 'piece of hair' at the front.
