Ok, I have been inactive for a while and I recently tried to upload my new animated GIF avitar. It came up with a message: "You may not upload animated images"
I'm not sure if it is just me, because I have seen animated avitars, but only on moderators.

You need to buy Toriprime for $10 from here to use animated avatars.
Toriprime also lets you have a bigger signature, use a sigpic, change your usertitle and gives you acces to a Toriprime only board.
