lower right shoulder
extend right elbow
extend right pecs
contract left pecs
right rotating chest
right bending lumbar
contract left glute
contract left hip


Space x1

Contract right hip
extend right knee
extend left hip
hold right ankle...

that's it. 10% chance of failing
