You could be blocking toribash with your firewall, check that it isn't blocking it.

No i have not blocked it and it was working fine for the last year.

have you checked your firewall settings in control panel?
if not, check that out and look at the exceptions tab to see whether or not toribash is on the list, if it isnt on the list, click add program > browse > search for the toribash folder (usually in C:\Games\Toribash 3.9) and add tb.exe

This happened to me, does it happen on all servers or just official servers?
For me it happened on only official servers and I port forwarded and it fixed it.

If you hust don't want to get mad, launch your game in admin mode ;)
For windows at least...

WSA 10060 is a timeout error. Just means your connection timed out, either your ISP is choking or some thing's slowing the traffic.
